If you’re in the beer industry then this is an event for you. The night before our Ozark Beer School we will host a night for industry folks. Hang out with us and learn about hops from Megan Wenrich and Amy Hearting.

Sensory science expert, Megan Wenrich, started at Boston Beer Company (Sam Adams), where she ran the sensory and panelist training program before moving over to product development on the spirit side of liquor. Students will learn how hops are used in the brewing process and will be able to experience the difference between several varieties of hops.
