Ozark Beer School Session 2 is on the calendar!

The second class of this semester will focus on hops. We’re bringing in sensory science expert Megan Wenrich to co-teach this session. Megan started at Boston Beer Company (Sam Adams), where she ran the sensory and panelist training program before moving over to product development on the spirit side of liquor. Students will learn how hops are used in the brewing process and will be able to experience the difference between several varieties of hops.

Session 2 is not built off of session 1, so if you missed the beer styles class in January, you can still sign up for this one. Even if you are not a fan of IPAs and hoppier beers, you should still join us! The class will be fun, informative, and hands-on.

Space is limited, and your ticket includes a beer. School attendees must be 21+ to participate. Ozark Beer School takes place inside and on the upper level of our taproom. There is no elevator leading into the space.
