Medina’s Tri Trip Company is back! They serve fresh, homemade tamales. About two years ago they started the tradition of selling tamales to raise money to buy toys for Christmas and to help families struggling to make ends meet over the holidays. They reached out to the local school counselors and social workers to identify local needs and got to work.

Their first year open in 2020, they were able to raise enough money to help over 70 kids with toys and clothes. In 2021, they helped over 80 kids, partnered with local fire departments to deliver toys on Christmas, and sponsored additional families. Now in year 3 they are eager to help the community and have cemented a name for themselves as the tamale people!
