Please join Dr. Joe Hines for an hour long stretch session on Saturday, March 19, at 12:00 noon, at the Ozark Beer Company in Downtown Rogers. Our primary focus will be using a 6 foot long, one inch diameter PVC pipe as a prop to stretch using various yoga-type poses. There is no admission fee, but we do ask that you sign up. Class will be limited to 10 participants. Feel free to bring your own PVC pipe, although they will have a few extras.
