We’ve all heard of speed dating but how about speed friending? It’s the same structure of speed dating but the overall purpose is to make new friends.

As we age, it feels like it gets more and more difficult to create real, genuine friendships. According to William Chopik, a professor of psychology at Michigan State University, “friendships become even more important as we age. Keeping a few really good friends around can make a world of difference for our health and well-being.”

Check-in will start at 5:30 and the event will promptly start at 6 so please be on time. You will go through multiple rounds of six-minute conversations. Once the event is over, you will leave comment cards with who you'd like to connect with further.
