Sugar Apple Baking Company is a boutique bakery that started as an idea between friends March of 2022. Sugar Apple specializes in unique pastries and treats with a rotating and always changing menu. Collaborating with Pearl's Books, Hillfolk Shop, and other local businesses for pop-ups, events, and brand collaboration has allowed the bakery to stay connected to the community. We focus on flavor and technique to curate menus based on theme, events and personal narratives.
