Along with bringing in the new year, we are bringing back Ozark Beer School!
The first class of this semester will cover beer styles. Beer-style profiles are a helpful guide for brewers and drinkers alike. Styles often act as an initial blueprint for a new batch, help them communicate the beer's concept to their guest, and guide the beer drinker toward menu decisions. Brewer Brant and Taproom Manager Amy will lead you through a tasting flight of styles and discuss how ingredients influence flavor.
Space is limited, and your ticket will include a flight of beer. School attendees need to be 21+ to participate in the taster flight. Ozark Beer School takes place inside and on the upper level of our taproom. There is not an elevator leading into the space.
