Our Kölsch is returning after a long hiatus! Kölsch, the regionally specific German ale brewed like a lager - light, soft, and grainy with a slight hop finish is back for the Summer.

This year, we're not just bringing the traditional recipe to the taproom... we're incorporating traditional Kölsch service on Wednesdays and Sundays!

Traditional Kölsch service is the ultimate in communal beer drinking. Guests purchase a 200ml glass (Stange) of Kölsch and are given a coaster to mark as a tab. Each beer is only $3. Throughout service, servers (Kobes) move through the taproom and beer garden with trays (kranz) of freshly poured Kölsch. As long as you are enjoying the ale, it keeps coming! We’ll place a mark on your coaster for each small pour. When you are finished, simply place your coaster on top of your glass and that's your tab!

Service starts July 3rd, and runs Wednesdays and Sundays all day through Summer.
